Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has introduced an Android app named ‘Voluntary Hazard/Incident Reporting System’. They can now report hazards or incidents that may risk the safety of an aircraft and its occupants. Also they can report the operation of an airport, etc direct to CAA.
